THE NET ZERO WINE BAR

-check here our 2025’s review-

We return in 2026 to find something unexpected: the décor has changed. The walls, once lined with AI-generated pieces so oddly disconnected from the room that only the wine bar’s most devoted regulars could excuse them as a minor lapse, now carry actual art. A marked improvement.

As for the wine bar concept, the bottle selection has grown even broader, while the food menu has been nudged rather than overhauled. This is the kind of place that makes you think what a wine bar or a restaurant should be, because when a room makes you feel at home — when it allows you to forget the world for a couple of hours — then what you have is something close to magic. That is exactly what happens here. It is the sort of effortless, transporting combination we would have loved to offer in our own restaurants back when we had them in the United States.

That is really it: simply a wonderful wine bar, serving honest, unfussy food where the quality of the product does the talking, and where the staff have the good sense to let the whole experience unfold naturally. It does not have the single best food menu in the city, nor the single best wine list, though both are operating at a very high level. But for someone who truly loves eating and drinking, this is, without question, the place in the city where one feels best.
