If 2025 closed with Xavier Pellicer at the top of its game, 2026 has opened in much the same way. On the evidence of what is coming out of the kitchen, it is probably one of the 3 best restaurants in the city right now. There is still ample room to raise the level of the wine list and wine service, yet this remains, unequivocally, a restaurant of world-class standing
