New year, same Hisop. The food remains delicious, the room balanced, the atmosphere warm, the price exceptional, and the whole operation marked by a kind of rare discretion. Oriol has had us hooked for years, and nothing has changed on that front. It remains one of the city’s most consistently rewarding experiences — never loud, never desperate for attention, just quietly, confidently excellent.
